Nice and simple

There is much Know how and work in this app. Very good for the start. But I think u could do better I miss alternativ workouts for example in mass building or have I to do everytime the same workout and pls change the background wallpaper there is a nice person but its irritate from reading.

Same problem. When I open an iter of the category nutrition, supplement or additional, the app crashes... Ive got an iPhone 5.

Overall very good information to reach goals. If you have prior knowledge of a healthy lifestyle you might not find the information useful. I would ask to maybe revise some errors such as grammatical, and some on the training guides. Maybe add some more stuff for like athletes, football in general. The diet portion is great, overall great app

Straight to the point!

Sounds like this information is coming directly from a professional bodybuilder revealing all the secrets, I only use this app now, the information is simple, it is easy to understand & it covers all aspects.... It doesnt beat around the bush with a bunch of bull.

One of the best fitness apps out there. Informative and detailed. If you are serious about weight training, you need this app.

Inspiring and straight to the point

This is a great app for those who are new to lifting weights. Gives you exact schedule of what you need to do to gain mass, get cut, or anything else. Also shows how to perform every move. Very nice app.

Not the best, best for beginners

Exercise library is mostly basic exercises. I expected more. Explanations of the how is good.

Pretty good

Gives great advice on the way to gain muscle and lose fat, but the nutrition apect of the app is very offbase. They say to get way more protein than is needed, and some facts are not up to date. Also, this app does NOT cater to anyone living a plant-based lifestyle. It would be nice if he found a way to help us non-meat eaters. Good workout tips, but needs a little more work and up-to-date advice
